CORE FIT PILATES

Core Fit Pilates offers mat and equipment based Pilates exercises in a private setting.  Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, tone muscles, and improve your posture.  Since no two clients are alike, I evaluate each client individually and provide you with a workout that best meets your goals.  Whether you are an elite athlete or new to exercising, a good understanding of the basic principles are a must.  By mastering these foundations you will be able to work more efficiently, effectively, and injury free.  During your session you will train on a variety of equipment including the Reformer and Pilates Chair.  We will work together to build a training program just for you!
